Job Description We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee field operations, ensure site monitoring, and manage documentation for the Project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering the project within the timeline. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and monitor civil construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. - Manage and coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. - Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. - Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, and other relevant records. - Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements. - Track project progress and provide updates to senior management. Requirements - 4-5 years of experience in civil construction projects, preferably in pipeline or infrastructure development. - Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and project management techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
