Civil engineer

Job Description

Assist in the planning and design of civil engineering projects including roads, drainage, structures, and utilities. Prepare detailed drawings, calculations, cost estimates, and specifications. Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities for compliance with design and safety standards. Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, contractors, and clients. Review and interpret geotechnical, structural, and environmental reports. Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and documentation. Ensure adherence to relevant codes, regulations, and environmental requirements. Support tendering processes including preparation of bid documents and technical evaluations. Prepare project reports, presentations, and progress updates.
