Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methodologies. Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and successful project outcomes. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. LEED certification or experience with sustainable design is a plus.
