Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team at Lalpuria Infra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and supervise civil engineering projects from start to finish.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and legal regulations.
• Monitor site progress and coordinate with contractors, architects, and consultants.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks for materials and workmanship.
• Resolve technical issues and provide on-site engineering solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project reports, drawings, and records.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project delivery within budget.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).
• 2–7 years of relevant experience in construction/infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and other civil engineering software.
• Good understanding of structural design, materials, and construction methods.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
