Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and monitor all civil works related to waterproofing, plumbing, and finishing to prevent leakage/seepage.
Supervise and handle waterproofing works at basements, terraces, bathrooms, water tanks, STPs, and other wet areas.
Identify root causes of leakage/seepage and propose effective technical solutions.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for execution of waterproofing and repair works.
Ensure compliance with IS codes, construction standards, and approved drawings.
Conduct quality checks for materials used in waterproofing (chemicals, membranes, coatings, etc.)
Prepare daily/weekly site reports on leakage/seepage activities and share with project management.
Guide site teams on best practices for waterproofing applications and preventive measures.
Attend client/consultant meetings to resolve quality and leakage-related issues.
Maintain documentation of site inspections, test results, and rectification works.
