Job Title: Civil Engineer – Fresher (Quality & Production) Department: Quality Control / Production Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Reporting To: QA/QC Engineer / Production Manager Job Responsibilities: Quality Department: Assist in inspecting raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Perform on-site testing of concrete, aggregates, and other construction materials. Maintain quality records, test reports, and documentation as per ISO/QA standards. Support senior QA/QC engineers during audits and inspections. Production Department: Monitor and assist in daily production activities of precast, concrete, or construction components. Ensure adherence to design specifications and production schedules. Coordinate with design and site teams for production requirements. Track material usage and reduce wastage during production. Eligibility Criteria: Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering (Fresher – 2023/2024 pass-outs). Basic knowledge of construction materials, quality standards, and production processes. Willing to work in factory/site-based roles. Skills Required: Understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications. Basic knowledge of testing methods (cube test, slump test, etc.). Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD (preferred). Good observational and documentation skills.
