Company: [studio kai] Location: [noida] Position Type: Full-Time Working Days: Monday to Saturday Experience: Minimum 1 years (interior fit-out project experience preferred) Joining: Immediate or within 1 week salary - acc to experience 🔧 Role Overview We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution of interior and architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction practices, be experienced in interior fit-outs, and capable of handling multiple sites, teams, and timelines effectively. 🎯 Key Responsibilities • Supervise day-to-day on-site activities across multiple interior or civil project sites. • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labor teams, and the office team to ensure timely project execution. • Interpret and work as per architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections). • Track and verify material usage, deliveries, and site stock. • Ensure high-quality workmanship and site cleanliness. • Monitor progress and resolve issues on site to avoid delays. • Send daily updates, photos, and reports via WhatsApp/Excel. • Maintain attendance and contractor availability logs. • Ensure safety and compliance with site procedures and company standards. ✅ Candidate Requirements • Minimum 1 years of experience in civil / interior execution, site supervision, or related fields. • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, POP, paint, and finishing work. • Ability to manage multiple teams and follow project schedules. • Proficient in reading architectural and interior design drawings. • Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills. • Familiar with mobile-based reporting (WhatsApp), Excel sheets, and basic documentation. • Should be punctual, reliable, and proactive in resolving on-site issues. • Two-wheeler preferred (for site travel, if applicable). 🎓 Education • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or ITI in relevant trades. • Experienced candidates without formal education but with strong site knowledge may also apply.
