Role & responsibilities

Prepare detailed site development plans including layout, grading, drainage, and road design.
Collaborate with architects and consultants to align structural and civil designs with project objectives.

Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to design, quality, safety, and timeline.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams during project execution.
Conduct regular inspections and progress reporting.

Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
Prepare and submit drawings and documents for approval from municipal bodies.
Maintain proper documentation and records of engineering plans and approvals.

Resolve technical issues during and after construction.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in large-scale residential or commercial real estate projects.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
