The India office supports major infrastructure projects across the UK and Europe in coordination with UK-based teams and is growing as a strategic engineering and delivery hub.

With an office based in Ahmedabad, Crayside India represents a critical pillar in the group’s long-term global delivery model. The India office is not only a support centre but a growing engine of design innovation and technical excellence.

JKey Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed civil and structural drawings for industrial projects, including steel and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) constructions.
• Coordinate closely with architects to ensure alignment with architectural concepts and project goals.
• Participate in internal coordination with multidisciplinary teams such as architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ensure detailing of building and construction elements with accuracy, keeping in mind construction materials and processes.
• Support the project team to deliver high-quality outputs within specified deadlines.
• Understand and incorporate town planning by-laws and Development Control Regulations (DCR) into design (preferred but not mandatory).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma / Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Civil Engineering.
• 1–5 years in civil & structural drafting within a consulting engineering firm.
• AutoCAD full proficiency required and Tekla Structures, Revit, SketchUp are an added advantage.
• Solid understanding of steel structures, construction materials, and detailing methods.
• Strong coordination skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
• Good grasp of architectural concepts and ability to translate them into structural drawings.
• Preference will be given to candidates from Gujarat or willing to relocate.
