Job Description

Job Title: Civil Engineer Experience Required: 5-8 Years. Location: Bangalore, Patna, Patliputra Industry: Building Construction / Real Estate Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Execute and supervise all stages of building construction Look into excavation, foundation, RCC frame structure, brick/block work Plastering, flooring, tiling, waterproofing, and finishing works Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors. Review architectural and structural drawings, ensuring proper implementation at site. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of construction materials. Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring progress as per schedule and budget. Maintain site records, prepare daily/weekly progress reports, and report deviations. Handle subcontractor billing, BOQ verification, and work measurements. Ensure implementation of safety protocols and adherence to company standards. Qualifications & Skills: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering 5-8 years of relevant experience in building construction Knowledge of materials, construction methods, and latest technologies in the field Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools like MS Project or Primavera Excellent problem-solving, site coordination, and communication skills
