Job Description

Responsibilities

File Daily Progress Reports (DPR)accurately and submit them to the project manager/head office on a daily basis.
Execute the drawings/plans on a timely basis
To take follow-up from contractors in the evening for the next day.
Maintain and update the attendance register for all site laborers and masons.
Monitor labor productivity and report absenteeism.
Ensure that current drawings are displayed visibly at the site at all times.
Manage, store, and organize all drawings(hard and soft copies) safely and systematically.
Read site drawings.
Make sure the latest drawings are followed.
Verify the quality and quantity of materials delivered on-site.
Act as a point of contact for client-side coordination, attend site meetings, and communicate updates clearly.
Maintain a professional demeanor when representing the company.
Attend site meetings and prepare and send MOMs (Minutes of Meeting)promptly and regularly.
Be well-informed about our standard materials, vendors, and suppliers to assist in procurement decisions and planning.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery and approval of materials.
Must report to the site on time daily and maintain punctuality throughout the project.
Schedule and facilitate meetings for contractors, vendors, and RM as needed.
Prepare a 15-day rolling activity schedule to track upcoming tasks.
Submit for review and implement necessary adjustments.
Create a minimum of five prior-approved milestones every month.
Obtain RM's approval and monitor progress against these targets.
Draft and formalize agreements with contractors in coordination with RM and legal/commercial teams.

Requirements

Should have strong knowledge of building materials, including cement, steel, aggregates, waterproofing chemicals, etc.
