Title: Civil Design Engineer/Civil Designer We are seeking a skilled Civil Designer with 2-4 years of experience in land development projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and have hands-on experience working on U.S.-based projects. The role involves designing and preparing complete civil plan sets, including grading, utilities, lot grading, and corridor modeling. Job Summary: Develop grading designs, utility designs (Plan Pro, and lot grading plans for land development projects. Create and manage Corridor modeling using Civil 3D. Prepare comprehensive civil plan sets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. standards. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to support project deliverables. Ensure designs meet local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct quality control checks to maintain design accuracy and efficiency. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with Hydraflow, Hydro CAD, and HEC-RAS for stormwater and drainage analysis. Understanding of hydrology and hydraulic modeling. Prior experience working with multi-disciplinary teams. Qualifications: Bachelor s or master s degree in civil engineering or a related field. 2+ years of experience in civil design (Land Development domain). Strong proficiency in Civil 3D. Excellent communication skills.
