Job Description

We are looking for a Civil Deputy Project Manager with 8–10 years of experience in high-rise residential projects, preferably with a reputed Builder/Developer firm. The ideal candidate must have strong finishing execution skills, excellent coordination abilities, and experience in leading site operations while assisting the Project Head in ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth execution
Manage manpower, work scheduling, and daily progress reporting
Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance on site
Conduct regular inspections and close snag/defect lists timely
Support procurement by verifying material requirements and usage
Track BOQ, cost control, and minimize wastage
Handle client/site visits and provide accurate status updates
