Job Description

Required Skills:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or M.E./M. Tech in Structural Engineering with 15-20 years of experience in Civil & Structural design, capable of independently handling structural analysis, calculations, and engineering deliverables.
The ideal candidate will Area lead projects, coordinate across disciplines, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Generate and review design drawings and sketches.
Evaluate design options considering cost, feasibility, and schedule.
Coordinate with leads, designers, and cross-disciplinary teams.
Review shop drawings and manage project documentation.
Typical Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform and review Civil/Structural calculations and reports.
Proficiency in structural design of steel and concrete structures.
Hands-on experience with STAAD, SAP2000,Mathcad,IDEA StatiCa.
Familiarity with geotechnical reports, retrofitting, and modification projects.
Exposure to Navisworks, 3D models, and AutoCAD.
Preliminary knowledge of Underground design and concepts.
Knowledge of European and American design standards is a plus.

Experience, Skills & Technical Requirements:

Proven experience in industrial sectors (Oil & Gas, Power, Pharma, etc.), and sound knowledge of American codes (IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI, Euro codes, IS codes) is essential.
Strong communication and leadership skills are required for multi-office collaboration.
