Lead - BIM & GIS

1. Act as the ultimate technical authority and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Design and develop instrumentation systems for process monitoring and control aligned with company objectives and project requirements.

2. Lead the conceptualization, detailed design, and engineering of Develop and manage BIM models for civil and infrastructure components including roads, utilities, and public spaces.

3. Integrate GIS data with BIM workflows to support spatial analysis, asset mapping, and infrastructure planning. Support creation of digital twins and smart city dashboards using BIM-GIS integration.

4. Collaborate with planners, engineers, and ICT teams to ensure seamless data exchange and model coordination.

5. Maintain geospatial databases and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards.

6. Prepare visualizations, simulations, and reports for stakeholder presentations and decision-making..

7. Collaborate closely with Master planner and other engineering disciplines, PMC team to ensure integrated and coordinated designs, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for BIM+GIS design activities.

8. Represent the company in discussions with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities on BIM+GIS design matters

9. Ensure all BIM_GIS designs comply with local statutory regulations, codes, and permitting requirements in Mumbai and Maharashtra.

10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical compliance and seamless interoperability of BIM+GIS systems.

Preferred candidate profile

1. BE (Civil) with more than 10+ years of work experience.

2. The candidate should hold 5 years of independently leading function in mid / large scale organization in relevant sector.

3. Understanding of pollution control norms, local and internation standards, and discharge regulations.

4. The candidate should have Strong Project Management Skills & Adept in Documentation and Reporting Skills.

5. Technical Skills:

• BIM Tools: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Infra Works
• GIS Tools: ArcGIS, QGIS, ESRI City Engine
• Integration Platforms: Autodesk BIM 360, ESRI ArcGIS Online, FME, Bentley Open Cities
• Visualization & Analysis: Power BI, Tableau, Unity (for 3D simulations)
• Programming (Preferred): Python, SQL, JavaScript (for GIS automation and customization)
