City Supervisor

Role Overview

• The City Supervisor will be responsible for managing and driving all after-sales activities across assigned customer accounts. Acting as the first point of contact for customers, this role ensures seamless coordination, technician management, and service delivery. The incumbent will oversee customer hubs, ensure timely resolution of technical issues, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while upholding operational excellence.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and drive all after-sales activities across assigned customer accounts. 
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication and quick resolution of concerns. 
• Conduct weekly visits to all customer hub locations and hold meetings with operational in-charges. 
• Recruit, train, and develop technicians in alignment with business requirements. 
• Manage rosters, shifts, and leave schedules for technicians deployed at customer hubs. 
• Ensure safe handling, accountability, and proper usage of assets allocated to technicians (2Ws, laptops, SDT tools, NFC readers, etc.). 
• Monitor and manage ticketing tools, ensuring dock/DIU issues are resolved within the defined TAT. 
• Support battery unlock activities at customer hub locations through BaaS technicians. 
• Oversee accurate execution of vehicle Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) through technicians. 
• Coordinate with the business team to ensure timely availability of batteries and keyfobs prior to PDI. 
• Share weekly performance reports with key customers and conduct structured monthly review meetings. 

Desired Skills & Experience

• 3–8 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably within the EV sector. 
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. 
• Strong customer engagement and relationship management capabilities. 
• Technical expertise in dock/DIU diagnostics and vehicle electrical systems. 
• Proficiency in MS Excel and collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint). 
• Location: Delhi NCR/ Bangalore
