Role Overview: As a City Head at Porter, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the entire city by leveraging various demand and supply levers. Your responsibilities will involve utilizing strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, people management, problem-solving, and process optimization abilities to enhance the overall experience for all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the city to ensure improved profitability and sustainable growth. - Identify and meet supply requirements by strategizing supply cluster activities and exploring new acquisition channels to enhance supply growth while optimizing acquisition costs. - Identify growth opportunities across all categories and implement awareness and adoption strategies through diverse channels to stimulate demand growth. Lead branding and below-the-line (BTL) activities for offline brand visibility. - Drive growth by enhancing customer lifecycle management, from acquisition to fostering quality retention. Develop and execute Demand Cluster Activity for non-organic customer acquisition and regional level expansion. - Increase customer wallet share through cross-selling and other strategic initiatives. - Elevate customer and partner experiences. - Perform competition analysis to extract insights on pricing, demand trends, and service quality benchmarks. - Lead, nurture, and train the team to achieve outstanding performance and adherence to processes. - Serve as a bridge between central and city team members to deliver qualitative on-ground feedback for enhancing growth in specific categories.
