Key responsibilities include:

• Driving property sales and ensuring revenue targets are met.
• Leading, training, and mentoring sales teams to deliver high performance.
• Building and nurturing long-term client relationships with exceptional service.
• Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Overseeing operations from lead generation to deal closures.
• Coordinating with internal teams for smooth client experiences.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven track record in

  Sales Leadership / Business Development

• Prior experience as a

  City/Area Sales Manager

  in real estate or related sectors preferred
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management abilities
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
• Successful record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the

  real estate market in Bengaluru

  (and other Tier-1 growth markets in India) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business, Marketing, or related field

  preferred
