Role: Citrix Support Engineer

2–4 years

Chennai

Immediate / within 10 days

Environment: Citrix, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Desktop & Network Support

Key Responsibilities Include:

L2 desktop and field support for end users
Active Directory user management and ServiceNow ticket handling
Installation, configuration, and support of Citrix applications
Troubleshooting workstations, network devices (switches, firewall, access points), and peripherals
Coordination with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution
Server patching, antivirus updates, and documentation of incidents
