Should have expertise onCitrixXenDesktop , XenApp
Should have hand-on experience with Netscaler (firmware upgrade, certificate renewal and troubleshooting)
Should have expertise on Appsense (setting up environment configurations & troubleshooting). Having knowledge for Appsense infra server migration and evergreen will be add-on advantage.
should have good understanding for PowerShell scripting and other reporting tools forCitrixtechnologies.
Should have expertise on Server Operating systems like Windows Server 2012/16/19.
Should have significant knowledge on monitoring infrastructure via various monitoring and alerting tools like SCOM & SPLUNK etc.
Having significant knowledge on Server Virtualization Hypervisor VMware ESXi , vCenter, SQL Database, SAN storage & Networking.
Should have good knowledge regarding application and patch deployment via SCCM and compliance.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills as the job role involves interaction with multiple stake holders across the globe + Senior management.
Knowledge on Windows desktop OS hosted in a virtual environment
Should have good understanding regarding VDIadministration within Azure
Should be willing to work 24x7.
Should be aware of ITIL & Agile processes.
Good knowledge on DR technologies and management
Managing core infrastructure evergreening and migrations
