Job Description

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Lead & Solution Architect with deep expertise in Customer Service and Power Pages. This role requires a unique blend of strategic leadership, solution architecture, and hands-on functional design to deliver scalable, user-centric CRM solutions that drive business Responsibilities :
  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and functional design of Dynamics 365 CRM Service solutions.
  • Design, configure, and implement Power Pages portals to enhance customer and partner engagement.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM solutions.
  • Define and execute CRM strategy, roadmap, and governance frameworks in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Provide solution design oversight, enforce best practices, and mentor delivery teams.
  • Drive integration strategies with Dataverse, Azure services, and third-party applications.
  • Ensure solution compliance with security, performance, and data governance & Skills :
  • 8+ years of proven experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Service, Sales, and related modules).
  • Strong expertise in Power Pages portal design and deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Azure integrations, and solution architecture.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading solution design and delivery teams.
  • Knowledge of governance, compliance, and CRM best practices.
