Work on the repetitive alerts and resolve them under the defined SLAs. Along with ServiceNow tickets, attend and resolve user requests and incidents posted over the diff communication channels like emails, Slack, and Teams. Document them in the ServiceNow. NetOps support for the Campus and Data Centers Network Infra, SDWAN and SASE VPN Solutions, Network Firewalls Management, Hybrid Cloud (AWS and Azure). Hands-on experienced in planning, configuring, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the network infrastructure (Campus, Datacenter, and Cloud Network) Extensive knowledge of deploying and troubleshooting L2/L3 Multilayer Switching protocols VLAN, STP, VTP, HSRP, MLAG Experienced with various dynamic routing protocols, specifically BGP and experienced with IPsec VPN, Route management using PBRs. Creating a support request and work/coordinate with the vendors (ISPs and Product Vendors) in service request, issue resolution and security improvements. Handling Cloud Networking support (AWS and Azure) like VPC Peering requests, TransitGateway attachments, Route Propagation. Network security vulnerability remediation across all network infra through config management or firmware upgrades. Managing the firewall policies across all the firewalls as per the user and security requirements. Handling the wireless network request, issue, and troubleshooting Managing the F5 LTMs and SSL certificate management Taking ownership for the NetOps related projects and track it under Jira. Understanding, support, and drive the network automations and systems integrations (APIs, Python, Scripting) Skill Needed: Switching (Cisco/Arista) Routing (Cisco) Firewall Management with policy implementation (PaloAlto/Fortigate/Juniper) Wireless (Cisco/Mist) F5 loadbalancers (F5) SDWAN (Palo Alto) SSL VPN (Ivanti) exposure to cloud - aws Other Requirements - hybrid mode 2/3 days work from office should be willing to work in rotational shift
