Roles and Responsibilities:
Seeking highly motivated individuals to play a vital role in supporting Cisco s cloud and Managed Service Customers. As part of the team, responsible for incident management, event management and continuous improvement activities for a global, ACI based cloud network. Act as an escalation point for out Tier1/2 teams and work closely with the team in high priority incidents. Responsibilities will also include:
