Circle Manager - Business Banking - Priority - Regional sales

As a Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility is to develop new and expand existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities and commercial assets. You will ensure high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy. Additionally, you will cross-sell existing bank products to customers and inform them of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship. You will also be responsible for planning and conducting special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients. In order to provide seamless access to other products, you will coordinate with other group companies. It is crucial to maintain complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts and track customer complaints/queries to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through individualized customer service. - Demonstrating a very good understanding of Trade and Forex. - Possessing a very good understanding of Commercial Assets like CC, OD, TL, Export Finance, etc. - Having an understanding of MF and Insurance is an added advantage. - Demonstrating customer orientation, high energy, and a go-getter attitude.
