Job Description

You will be responsible for developing new and expanding existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities and commercial assets. Your focus will be on ensuring high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy. You will also be expected to cross-sell existing bank products to customers and inform them of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship. Additionally, you will plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients, coordinating with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products. It will be your duty to maintain complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts and track customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of work experience in developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through individualized customer service. A very good understanding of Trade and Forex, as well as commercial assets like CC, OD, TL, Export Finance, is essential. Knowledge of Mutual Funds and Insurance will be considered an added advantage. We are looking for candidates with customer orientation, high energy, drive, and a go-getter attitude.,
