We are hiring: Junior Videographer (Cinematography + Editing)

Mumbai | Full-time | 1–2 years’ experience

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Videographer who is confident behind the camera and sharp in the edit

suite. Someone who understands lighting, rhythm, and framing and knows how to bring brand

stories to life on screen.

What you will do:

• Assist and shoot content for clients.

• Set up and operate cameras, lights, and audio gear

• Edit short and long duration video content (reels, campaigns, BTS, product films)

• Sync, cut, colour, add titles and transitions, and deliver clean final exports

• Work closely with the creative team to align on tone, mood, and narrative

What you will need:

• 1–2 years of hands-on videography + editing experience

• Proficiency in DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups.

• A strong visual sense composition, movement, and storytelling

• Comfort with tight deadlines and fast-paced production days

Bonus if you:

• Have experience with fashion or jewellery shoots

• Know basic After Effects

• Understand social-first video formats and trending reel styles

• Have a strong showreel or IG page with your video work

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

(Depending on experience and skill level)
