Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mawal for a Chocolatier. The Chocolatier will be responsible for creating, designing, and producing a variety of chocolate and confectionery items. Day-to-day tasks will include tempering chocolate, developing new chocolate recipes, crafting chocolate sculptures, and ensuring quality control. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing inventory, and collaborating with the culinary team to provide exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications Proficiency in Bakery, Confectionery, and Baking skills Expertise in Pastry and Culinary skills Attention to detail and a passion for chocolate and confectionery art Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team Formal culinary training or relevant certifications Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Show more Show less
