Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Chocolatier to join our growing farm-to-bar chocolate brand based in Mangalore. If you love working with chocolate, creating beautiful and delicious products, and want to be part of a natural, sustainable brand — we would love to meet you! Key Responsibilities: Chocolate making from bean to bar Tempering, molding, and crafting chocolate products Developing new recipes (chocolates, ganaches, fillings) Maintaining production quality and hygiene standards Collaborating with the team on product innovation and seasonal launches Requirements: Passion for chocolate and craftsmanship Experience in chocolate making or pastry arts preferred (freshers with strong interest can also apply) Knowledge of tempering, cocoa, and chocolate handling Attention to detail and creativity Willingness to learn and grow with the brand Based in Mangalore or willing to relocate What We Offer: Opportunity to grow with an artisanal chocolate brand Creative freedom and training Salary/stipend based on skill and experience Beautiful work environment at our farm and chocolate studio Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
