Roles and Responsibilities:

The following is a summary of the major functions of this individual’s job.

 Chip Level troubleshooting and circuit tracing in laptop & desktop motherboards.

 Troubleshooting and final test of Electronics and measuring instruments.

 Preparing troubleshoot guide for laptop & desktop motherboards using schematics.

 Repairing motherboard at L2 n L3 Level.

 Chip level repairing for Notebook motherboards for AMC.

 BGA Chip repairing/ Replace.

 Identify, Analysis & troubleshoot the issues.

 Signal Tracing, Schematic Reading.

 Advanced Rework Skill for PTH & SMD Components according to IPC7711 STD.

 Component identification and handling, signal tracing using oscilloscope.

 Identify Problem in MB and Analysis of the problem, Debugging.

 Knowledge on IPC 7721-Repair is Preferable.

Expert Rework Skill for PTH & SMD Components according to IPC7711 STD

Skills Required:

 Must have chip level experience in Laptops & Desktops Hardware

 Must have good knowledge of laptops and computer hardware

 Should be able to troubleshoot the desktops & laptop problems

 Able to repair the faulty laptops parts

 Has good social and communication skills with broad technical knowledge

 Has a strong analytical mind, time management and organization skills

 Has a pragmatic attitude, is pro-active and has plenty of initiative

 Has a high sense of responsibility and dedication; can cope with stress

 Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

 Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

The ability to use various types of manual and power tools.

 Proven track record of meeting timelines

 The ability to stay up to date with the latest advancements in hardware and software.

 The ability to organize and prioritize tasks as well as the ability to be a self-starter with an attention to detail and accuracy.

 Proven ability to work well with others and alone

Qualifications:

The following qualifications are the minimum requirements necessary to perform this job adequately. However, any equivalent combination of experience, education and training which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities would be acceptable, subject to any legal and / or regulatory requirements.

The Refurbishment Technician position requires:

 Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.

 CompTIA A+ accreditation is preferred.

 Minimum of 3 year experience as a computer technician or in a similar role.

Location will be at Jigini, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,445.37 - ₹40,927.49 per month
