Job Description

  • Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes according to set standards, recipes, and quality guidelines.
  • Mise-en-Place: Prepare and organize all necessary ingredients, equipment, and supplies for the kitchen section.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
  • Kitchen Operations: Manage a specific kitchen section to ensure smooth operations, timely service, and efficient workflow.
  • Hygiene & Safety: Maintain the kitchen, work areas, and equipment in a clean, hygienic, and safe condition, adhering to food safety guidelines.
  • Team Leadership & Training: Supervise, train, and motivate junior kitchen staff (like commis chefs) to ensure they can perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with the Sous Chef or Executive Chef and other departments, communicating needs and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control food costs and wastage within the section.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
