Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time, on-site Chinese CDP 1 (Chef de Partie) at a location in New Delhi. Your main responsibilities will include preparing and creating Chinese dishes, managing kitchen staff, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, inventory management, and collaborating with other chefs and kitchen staff.
