Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Helper for the South Indian Section at Botanica. The individual will assist in the preparation of South Indian cuisine, ensuring the kitchen is well-organized, ingredients are prepared accurately, and dishes meet quality standards. Specific tasks include supporting cooks with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness of workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols. This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru, where the Helper will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by aiding in kitchen efficiency and operations.
