Role Summary:
The Chinese Chef de Partie is responsible for managing the Chinese cuisine section of the kitchen, preparing and cooking dishes to high standards, and supervising junior staff. They ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all Chinese dishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Chinese dishes according to standard recipes and quality guidelines
• Manage the Chinese section efficiently during service
• Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Assist in menu planning and daily specials for Chinese cuisine
• Handle stock, ingredients, and proper storage of food items
• Maintain kitchen equipment and report any issues
• Ensure smooth coordination with other kitchen sections

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques (wok frying, steaming, sauces, etc.)
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Good organizational and knife skills
• Previous experience as Commis or Chef de Partie in Chinese cuisine

• Hotels, restaurants, resorts, or catering kitchens
• Shift-based work including weekends and holidays
• Professional, fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
