Job Description

Cresera is building a unified Web3 super-app that combines trading, staking, prediction markets, lending, launchpads, AI-powered finance, and a seedless non-custodial wallet - all aligned with ethical, Shariah-compliant finance principles.


We’re looking for a highly experienced CTO to architect, scale, and secure our entire ecosystem.


What You’ll Lead

  • End-to-end architecture of the Cresera super-app
  • Development of a built-in non-custodial wallet, DEX, staking, launchpad, AI-driven features, and other products
  • Smart contract development, audits, and security frameworks
  • Multichain integrations, scalability, backend + blockchain infra
  • Build and lead a global engineering team
  • Define long-term technical roadmap and delivery processes


Requirements

  • 10+ years in engineering, with 5+ years in Web3/DeFi/Crypto
  • Expert in Solidity/Vyper, DeFi protocols, AMMs, staking, wallets, and multi-chain infra
  • Experience scaling high-volume consumer apps
  • Strong leadership as CTO / VP Engineering / Head of Blockchain
  • Deep understanding of security, audits, encryption, and infra reliability
  • Proven experience with successful Web3 projects


Bonus

  • Experience with seedless/MPC wallets
  • Fintech or Islamic finance background
  • AI/ML integration experience
