What You’ll Do

• Build and execute Cresera’s global marketing strategy
• Lead user acquisition, community growth, and ecosystem partnerships
• Drive token launch marketing (TGE), listings, and influencer programs
• Scale presence across X, Telegram, Discord, YouTube & global markets
• Build and manage a high-performance marketing team
• Own brand, storytelling, and growth KPIs

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience

  in marketing, with at least

  3 years in Web3/DeFi/Crypto

• Proven leadership as

  VP Marketing / Head of Growth / Head of Marketing / CMO

• Deep expertise in DEXs, staking, wallets, tokens, and launchpads
• Demonstrated ability to scale Web3 products to large user bases
• Strong understanding of token marketing, community dynamics, and Web3 growth loops
• Global mindset + strong network of KOLs, exchanges, and media partners

Bonus

• Experience with fintech or Islamic finance products
• Past success leading TGE/IDO/IEO campaigns
