Role Overview:

Co-founder / CTO

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and scale backend services (Node.js, Express, MongoDB)
• Build and improve mobile apps using React Native
• Develop new features rapidly based on user needs
• Manage deployment, performance, and security
• Hire and lead a small dev team as we grow

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in:
• MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
• React Native
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, deployment, and Git
• Problem-solving mindset and startup attitude
• Must be based in Kerala
