Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and regulations across all facilities under management.
Develop and implement effective security strategies to mitigate risks and prevent unauthorized access or theft.
Conduct regular audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions to improve overall security posture.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to investigate incidents, gather evidence, and provide expert testimony when necessary.
Provide training on physical security protocols to employees, contractors, and visitors.

Desired Candidate Profile

7-10 years of experience in industrial security services (Army Retired/Airforce/Corporate Security).
Strong understanding of airport operations, asset protection principles, corporate security best practices.
Proven track record in managing large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
