Chief Security Officer

As a Hospital Security Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment in line with hospital security protocols and NABH safety guidelines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the hospitals security operations to ensure the safety of patients, staff, and visitors - Implementing security policies, NABH safety standards, and emergency response procedures - Supervising and training security personnel on hospital security protocols - Coordinating with law enforcement agencies during security incidents - Monitoring CCTV surveillance, controlling hospital access points, and managing visitor policies - Investigating security breaches, theft, or conflicts and taking necessary actions Qualifications required for this role include a strong knowledge of hospital security protocols, crisis management, emergency response, and disaster preparedness. Additionally, leadership, team coordination, and conflict resolution skills are essential. This is a full-time position requiring a Diploma and at least 10 years of experience in healthcare management. The work location is in person.
