Chief Product Head

As the Product Strategy Lead, your role will involve leading end-to-end product strategy across design, buying, and merchandising. You will be responsible for overseeing trend forecasting, seasonal range planning, and product lifecycle management. Your guidance to the design team on collections, fabrics, colours, and innovation will be crucial for the success of the product line. Key Responsibilities: - Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, pricing, and quality standards. - Drive OTB planning, category financials, and inventory optimization. - Improve sell-through, stock turns, and overall product profitability. - Monitor product performance across retail, e-commerce, and other channels. - Align product launches with marketing, retail operations, and supply chain. - Ensure timely sampling, proto approvals, and production readiness. - Build and lead a cross-functional team of designers, buyers, and merchandisers. - Analyze consumer insights and competition to inform product decisions. - Maintain the right product mix, pricing architecture, and margin structure. - Ensure adherence to brand DNA, quality guidelines, and design aesthetics. - Drive strategic initiatives such as sustainability or private label expansion. - Deliver strong business outcomes through data-driven decision-making.
