Plan long term operations strategy for Terminal in line with the business plans

Ensure a trouble free performance of the unit, with high safety standards

Achieve continual improvement in the unit's performance coupled with a very high level of customer satisfaction

Lead and direct manpower

Key accountability

Develop an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the organization.

Increase terminal throughput, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.

Guide / Review maintenance plans and annual budgets covering electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and civil to ensure that they support the delivery of plant objectives.

Ensure completion of projects in time and without cost overrun.

Guide / Review marketing, logistics and material procurement, contracting plans to ensure alignment to the organizations goals through effective cascading of the business plan.

Continually invest in building people capabilities / competencies across all functions / disciplines.

Ensure compliance to all regulatory norms.

Establish, support implementation, monitor, & improve HSEF system across plant to mitigate risk and achieve sustainable operation with best in class HSEF performance.

Ensure effective Fund Management and controls on budget and inventory.

Ensure harmonious work environment in the unit.
