Chief Operating Officer

Role Overview: In this role as PB BLIS IS COO Analyst at Deutsche Bank in Mumbai, India, you will collaborate with the global team on product risk-related topics. Your primary responsibilities will involve monitoring and tracking set milestones, preparing content and senior management update documents, and ensuring adherence to the risk & control governance framework in alignment with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards. Key Responsibilities: - Work collaboratively with teams to contribute to product governance topics within PB - Own and ensure adherence to key business controls, such as aligning the recommendation list of Funds for each country with the Global recommendation list - Prepare and lead senior management meetings covering product governance updates - Handle various business management tasks effectively Qualification Required: - Post/graduate-level degree with strong analytical skills - Minimum 3 years" experience in Private Bank/Wealth Management preferred - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial - Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate viewpoints and challenges - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) - Understanding of Financial Products, particularly Investment products, will be beneficial - Good team skills and demonstrable ability to work within clearly defined KOPs - Enthusiastic and flexible team player, capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Additional Company Details: Deutsche Bank strives for a culture of empowerment, responsibility, commercial thinking, initiative, and collaboration.
