Role Description

Join the founding seat at a fast‑growing specialty‑chemicals venture. You’ll work directly with the U.S. CEO—no middle layers—owning research, light ops, and the “make‑it‑happen” tasks that free leadership to move faster. If you love figuring things out, writing clearly, and owning outcomes, this is your springboard role.

What You’ll Drive

• Project momentum – chase next steps with suppliers, labs, financiers, and service partners so nothing stalls overnight.

• Tight execution loops – run status boards, set micro‑deadlines, and nudge stakeholders until deliverables close.

• Rapid research & mini‑analysis – pricing checks, regulation digests, competitive snapshots, procurement specs, all distilled into crisp one‑pagers.

• Early‑warning radar – spot brewing issues and propose fixes before they hit the inbox.

• Meeting prep & follow‑through – draft agendas, capture decisions in real time, and send action summaries.

Schedule & Collaboration

• Minimum 3 hours of live overlap with U.S. Central Time (Mon–Fri).

• Prefer full U.S. coverage? Opt‑in for a U.S‑hours bonus to mirror the business day.

• Outside those overlap hours, work is fully async and results‑oriented.

You’ll Thrive If You

• Have 5+ years in a startup, consulting, operations, or founder‑support role or demonstrate equivalent experience that shows you can own this seat.

• Hit your stride when given a problem and permission to run with it.

• Write concise, error‑free English and feel at ease on video calls with U.S. counterparts.

• Manage your calendar across time zones with ease.

• Bonus: Curiosity about manufacturing or sustainability.
