A Glimpse of Week 1 (Realistic, Not Exaggerated)


  • Help fix a vendor or partner issue that needs immediate attention
  • Untangle a workflow that’s slowing down customer delivery
  • Mediate a team misunderstanding so execution doesn’t slip
  • Build or refine a dashboard the founder needs the next morning
  • Coordinate a last-minute product or ops push while keeping other priorities on track

1. Real Startup Execution Experience

Not theory.

Not consulting slides.

Actual hands-on experience solving operational problems.


2. Ability to Fix Things Fast

Show us examples of stepping into a broken or unclear area and bringing order within a month.


3. Ability to Handle Direct, Clear Communication

The founder moves fast, communicates plainly, and values truth over tone - but always with respect.


4. Ability to Work Across Multiple Functions

Operations, delivery, CS, HR, finance, product - whatever the day needs.


5. Resilience, Self-Awareness, and Ownership

You don’t take things personally.

You take responsibility for outcomes.

You can adjust quickly and keep the bigger picture in mind.


What Success Looks Like (30–60–90 Days)


30 Days — Understand & Stabilize

  • Get a clear view of how things work
  • Take ownership of 2–3 small but important problems
  • Build trust with the team
  • Bring initial structure where needed
  • Understand the founder’s expectations and communication style


60 Days — Drive Execution

  • Own multiple areas independently
  • Make decisions without waiting for direction
  • Build accountability rhythms
  • Handle tough conversations with maturity and fairness
  • Ensure fewer issues reach the founder


90 Days — Become a Force Multiplier

  • Run 60–70% of execution with confidence
  • Improve SLAs, CS, delivery timelines, and operational hygiene
  • Reduce chaos and increase predictability
  • Free up significant founder time for strategic work
  • Demonstrate measurable impact and long-term potential
