What You’ll Do

Drive
strategic initiatives
alongside the founders.
Lead
learning design & people development programs

Translate founder vision into
actionable OKRs and measurable outcomes
.
Manage
cross-functional projects
and stakeholder communication.
Contribute to
culture, operations, and growth strategy
.

Who You Are

High-octane former MBB Analyst/Consultant
or
Chief of Staff / Strategy Lead
in a funded startup.
Passionate about
learning, coaching, and people development
.
Comfortable in
fast-paced, ambiguous environments
