Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

1. Governance & Leadership

Work closely with global senior leadership on strategic decisions.
Lead governance reviews and ensure follow-through on high-impact priorities.
Manage vertical-level business plans and execution calendars.

2. Performance Management & Reporting

Validate MIS reports and ensure accuracy of business data.
Prepare performance dashboards and executive summaries.
Strengthen reporting systems, controls, and audit readiness.

3. Financial Analysis & Decision Support

Conduct financial planning, budgeting, and cost analysis.
Identify operational efficiencies and performance opportunities.
Provide insights that support leadership decision-making.

4. Project Management & Operations Excellence

Drive high-impact strategic initiatives across teams.
Lead internal and client-facing business reviews.
Support headcount planning, cost optimization, and resource utilization.

5. Stakeholder Management

Work with internal teams, DPEs, and external partners.
Ensure alignment, communication, and clarity on business priorities.
Build strong working relationships across global teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

12+ years experience in business operations (preferably BPO/Shared Services).
Excellent in analytics, financial planning, reporting & governance.
Strong communication; able to turn data into business insights.
Experienced leading cross-functional and global teams.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint & data visualization.
Strong in project management, time management & stakeholder communication.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
