Job Description

Analyze user requirements and design scalable, fault-tolerant backend solutions.
Develop, test, and refine high-quality code ensuring stability and compatibility.
Create and maintain clear technical specifications and documentation.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain backend systems and applications.
Collect and evaluate user feedback to drive product improvements.
Manage the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Collaborate closely with management, technical teams, and vendor partners to
ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
Provide Level 2 (L2/L3) application support and mentor junior engineers.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attentionto
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with Java for backend development.
Proficiency in RDBMS (preferably PostgreSQL) with solid SQL knowledge.
Proven expertise in building and scaling RESTful APIs/services.
Deep understanding of AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, Load Balancers,
ElasticCache, Storage Gateway, CloudWatch, Key Management, Lambda, RDS,
Athena, IAM Policies, Route 53).
Experience in CI/CD pipeline development and management.
Working knowledge of unit testing frameworks and practices.
Familiarity with Python and .NET framework (preferred).
Proficient in using version control systems (GIT, SVN).
