Chief Manager - Risk

As a Risk Management professional at TVS Credit, you will play a crucial role in developing, refining, and implementing a robust risk management framework aligned with future needs and market best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare product level risk deck to analyze product performance on key risk metrics against benchmarks, early bucket bounces, and flow rates. Provide actionable insights to credit and business teams for early flow mitigation. - Conduct portfolio reviews focusing on delinquency reports and Early Warning System (EWS) reports. Collaborate with business unit for portfolio intervention and resolution strategies to enhance asset quality continuously. - Offer feedback and amend credit policy based on risk analysis outcomes. - Conduct Credit Through the Door analysis and guide business team on variance correction. - Analyze key data elements, interpret cross-period movements, and understand system macro mechanics. - Perform hind-sighting reviews as part of risk review and credit policy implementation. - Monitor high-value cases in real-time. - Collaborate with finance and credit teams to build, review, and align Expected Credit Loss (ECL) models. Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant / MBA - Minimum 8 years of experience in retail credit/risk space with reputable banks/NBFCs. - Knowledge of regulations in retail and corporate finance. - Ability to derive industry insights and analyze best practices. - Proficiency in analyzing portfolio risk and handling big-ticket customers. - Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Skilled in people management and networking.
