Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Risk Monitoring & Reporting

Prepare product-level risk decks, analyzing performance against key risk metrics and benchmarks.
Track early bucket bounces and flow rates; provide actionable insights to credit and business teams.
Perform portfolio reviews focused on delinquency reports and Early Warning System (EWS) alerts.
Recommend portfolio interventions and resolution strategies to maintain and improve asset quality.

Policy & Analysis

Conduct hind-sighting reviews to assess credit policy implementation effectiveness.
Provide feedback or initiate amendments to credit policies based on analytical insights.
Perform Credit Through The Door analysis to guide business teams in correcting variance.
Analyze and interpret macro and micro-level data movements to understand systemic risks.

Real-Time Risk Actions

Monitor high-value cases in real-time and recommend preventive measures.
Collaborate with Finance and Credit teams on Expected Credit Loss (ECL) model building, review, and alignment.
