Chief Manager - Risk

As a Risk Management professional at TVS Credit, your role involves developing, refining, and implementing a robust risk management framework aligned with future needs and market best practices. Your responsibilities include: - Preparing product level risk deck to analyze product performance against benchmarks and provide actionable insights to credit and business teams - Conducting portfolio reviews to identify delinquency trends and collaborate with business units to improve asset quality continuously - Providing feedback and amending credit policy based on risk analysis - Analyzing key data elements, interpreting cross-period movements, and understanding macro mechanics of the system - Conducting hind-sighting reviews as part of risk review and credit policy implementation - Real-time monitoring of high-value cases - Collaborating with finance and credit teams to build, review, and align Expected Credit Loss Models To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Chartered Accountant / MBA qualification - Minimum 8 years of experience in retail credit/risk space with reputed banks/NBFCs - Knowledge of regulations in retail and corporate finance - Ability to derive industry insights and analyze best practices - Strong analytical thinking, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making, people management, and networking skills.,
