Job Description

Ensure smooth functioning of the production department.

Ensure implementation of High Impact projects like Scrap Melt loss reduction , Alloying elements consumption reduction, OEE improvement
Inventory Control- To follow good operational practices and have close monitor on the spares procurement.
Ensure all production entries and scrap booking as per defined sop through SAP
Minimise and control delays in product changeover and to be within the budgetary norms.
Ensure proper implementation of the rolling programs and pass schedule changes.
Provide information on yearly forecast of the operational budget to the general manager.
